Hello all,

Ok I am new and I have my first potential client! What she is looking for is for me to set up a contact management system for her and then use most of the contacts in that list and do a marketing mail out. I was wondering what program would be the best for this? We are looking to about 100 at a time to start with. I was wondering if there was a program that will let me do both, have a contact management system set up and use the same program for sending out marketing emails.

Are you doing your mail out via snail mail or internet? There are many email marketing programs out there to fit the bill and I believe there are many threads here on the subject.

You could sign up for a service such as iContact or Mailchimp (both have a free tier) and export the list for snail mail outs.

It will be email that I will be sending it out. I will look at Mailchimp to see if it offers me what I am looking for. I was wondering if I could import/export the contacts from a email marketing program so that they can be entered into my clients contact management system.
