I have a new client that would like to set up some sort of contact management system. Personally, I have always just used Outlook Business Contact Manager or Intuit's Customer Manager.

I don't think he has Outlook's business contact manager. I was thinking about setting him up with Intuit because it works with QuickBooks which I will also be setting him up on.

However, He is a real estate investor and out of the office alot so I thought maybe an online program might be better for him, so that he could access it outside of the office if needed.

Does anybody have any recommendations of online CM programs that you have used? I need something cheap but would prefer free. It needs to be very user friendly.. not too complicated.

I have a client that uses SalesNexus that is completely online. I saves us the headache of trying to get in to his calendar etc. It is a fee based program however but it is very user friendly!
