Just wondering what software to use for CRM other than just Microsoft Access is there any other one that incorporates cusmtomers details with their basic account details. I have used Zoho CRM http://crm.zoho.com/crm/login.sas for a dance school client. It is free for up to three users and pretty easy to setup.
