Another pretty good free CRM online program is FreeCRM.com. I set-up a client on this site and it seems to work well. They have a surprising number of features for a free account. If you decide you need more functionality their paid accounts are also reasonable prices.

I've been using Ace of Sales (www.aceofsales.com). I'm still on my free trial period but I'm going to keep it. There is a monthly or annual fee you can choose to pay after your trial period. You can send branded emails and email type cards, which is included in the fees. You can create and send newsletters, cards, etc. for a cost. I like to use it especially before I meet people because I uploaded my photo and they can recognize me when they see me!

I personally use Highrise by 37signals to manage my clients. They do have a free option which allows 2 users and 250 contacts. With their paid versions they do allow file storage online. I use 37signals Basecamp for project management and have found that the products are easy to use, secure (which is very important to me) and very affordable (free being the options that I am using).
