They each are cultivating new customers every month for their business. I need to send out monthly reminder letters to their customers based on how long they have been signed on from each person individually. (i.e. 1st month, 2nd month) Do any of you know of a good tracking system I could use to input the customers as they are signed that would update and move them down monthly? Thanks, Karen

Normally only $5 per month.

It may seem a little pricey at first, but well worth it for the number of people you will be tracking. Maybe your clients would pay for it. Also check for it on Amazon and e-bay. Mary Jansen

I also just did a quick search online and found this: http://www.freecrm.com/index.html. It's a free CRM tool for up to 50 users (50+ users - upgrade to paid version).
