I use Google Calendar for both myself and any clients I work with. You can usually sync and integrate it pretty easily with other calendar systems using the iCal format. I've never used it but it looks fairly straight forward and easy to use. If I'm not mistaken it can also be used with Blackberries and smartphones.

I have been really considering Google Calendar. I just didn't know if there were other options out there to choose from that does NOT break the bank.
