Default Calendar and mailbox management
Just seeing what others are using for managing mailboxes and calendars for their clients. I currently use outlook and it seems somewhat buggy and not as open as I would like.

I have started to experiment with Tungle but I have no opinion on it as of yet.

I do sub work for another VA. She uses Tungle and HiTask. Calls to be made are categorized in HiTask and Tungle is used to schedule the appointments. It works well from my end. Of course she sets everything up so I can't comment on that end of it. But everyone can see what is going on so there is really no confusion.

I have just started using Google Calendars and LOVE it - so many options and it's super flexible. I like that you can share calendars, import client calendars, add and manage time zones, etc. There is a new feature that allows you to 'find a time' in a calendar to match with a need [like if someone wants a call during week X but it *looks* booked, the calendar feature will help you find a time that will work.

I have a feeling I'll be discovering even more features as time goes on...
