Hi! I don't know that much about it, but there is a short tutorial on the Microsoft website that goes over quite a bit with you. It may help you determine if it's right for your client. Good luck.

Hi Donna,

I have not started using it for my business, but I was considering it when the time comes. However, I do use it on my full-time job. It became a company wide switch from Webex about a year ago. I'm fairly familiar with it. It's pretty user friendly. I'm just not sure how much it would cost for me to use yet. I started to compare webconferencing/teleconferencing services. I was also considering using AT&T. I still have more research to do.
