I use efax and it has worked fine for me so far, but actually don't receive a lot of faxes.

Re: Anyone heard of Virtual Faxing?
Hi,

I have been faxing virtually for a few years now. I use my toll free number which includes faxing (incoming/outgoing). I use www.Onebox.com for this service. I tried eFax and a few of the others, but like how my fax line and toll free line are the same and never have to worry if I'm on the phone.

Personally, I know E-fax works well as I would have used it in the past. There are a lot of good ones out there as well.

I use Maxemail and absolutely love it! It costs me less than $15.00/year.

Thanks for the information, $15.00 per year I can handle. Just curious as to how it works exactly.

I just took a class regarding business start up, and the instructor along with the rest of the classmates responded strongly against this. Their thoughts were that the "confidentiality" of documents would be breached, as it would be out there on the internet. I myself think it is a cost saving effort.

I agree with you. Especially that we VA's are vowed to keep private all documents and vital client information on our possession.

Although it makes perfect sense in cost saving as well as go green..I myself am investing in fax and land line. Just envision confidentiality a must.
