Question Taking over another computer
I had this a couple of years ago and I didn't pay attention. I know there is a simple way to "Take Over" another person's computer virtually. I THINK it was thru Yahoo Messenger?? Anyone have any ideas??? I have a potential client that this would REALLY help with!

Thanks!

Hi CherishR,

I think you are talking about Log Me In? A way to connect and login to someone else's computer.

I hope that helps.

Hi CherishR,

Are you talking about Zimbra? The software Desktop support that Yahoo just purchased? Other than that, yahoo does not have a way to connect to someone else's computer, from what I have just researched through Google.

Andrea~

Excerpt from Zimbra:
Extra features with Zimbra Collaboration Suite

* Email, contacts, calendar, documents, tasks synchronize to the Zimbra Server
* Access to shared data from peers (email, contacts, calendars, etc)
* Works with both Open Source and Network Edition (ZCS 5.0+ servers)
* Existing user preferences (folders, signatures, settings, etc) are imported
* Access to mobile devices, the Zimbra online Web Client and much more

I have been using Log Me In for 2 years, so far it is a safe and effective way to work remotely.

Great info, thanks! I am finding so many things I can add to my business I never knew existed. I knew this was possible but didn't know how exactly.
