FINALLY, my website is finished--and no, I did not create it but I would love for everyone to visit it and comment. I personally think my graphic/web designer did an awesome job. Here is the link. My focus is bookkeeping and I love helping small business owners get their books in order and their offices organized so they don't have to worry about that part of their job. They usually have enough to do, don't they???

My "Brag" is that since I started my business in February I have one paying client, two clients that I'm bartering with (my personal trainer that works my *** off ) and my computer IT guy, and I have another potential client that I hope to be working with as soon as he returns from Hawaii in a couple of weeks--poor guy but it truly is a business trip for him. I guess you could say I'm really excited about the way things are going.

I don't mean to ramble on, but I DO have to let everyone know that this website has truly been a godsend and I couldn't have gotten to this point without all the awesome people here. I'm not always the best contributor but I'm a HUGE fan of the many people that add to this forum. There are endless amounts of information here and I just have to thank everyone for their efforts.

Hi Sylvia! Sounds like you are off to a great start. I'm already a Fan (like) on your Facebook page. And I just connected with you on LinkedIn through the Virtual Assistant Group. I checked out your website. Very nice. Easy to get around. All the necessary information is there. The only thing I had trouble with, and it is really just me, is the pink on the services page. It is really bright. Why did you choose that color as opposed to sticking with the orange from your logo? Great idea to barter with a personal trainer. I should do that. I hit a wall and can't get past it. I need to get back to Florida and my regular routine.

Maybe we can tone it down a bit on the next update. I knew you were already a "like" on my facebook page--one of the first I might add--thanks for that, and I'll connect with you on LinkedIn.

I know you are enjoying the time you're spending with your family, but it will also be nice to get home won't it? Isn't it great that you can work there though (if you want)??? That's why I'm really getting into this VA stuff

P. S. I love my trainer--that is the ONLY way I'll ever get exercise. I'm horrible at going to the gym and working out and my husband is the same way. We are doing this together and it has really helped both of us.

Website looks great, very professional. The only thing I noticed was that under your description of a VA you wrote: assistance either on-site or remotely. Most VA do not give on-site assistance, but if you do then I guess the definition is fine.
