I just downloaded TweetDeck this evening. It is awesome . Since I only check Twitter a couple of times a day this really helps me to organize the information I see. I honestly do not know what took me so long to jump on board. I'm loving it. Hopefully in a future version TweetDeck will be able to show followers.
I agree Shange', I've used TweetDeck for about a month, and love having everything so organized. I have learned, however, than when I'm really trying to focus on work, I have to close it to keep from being distracted!

I heard one of you all mention it last week and I've been using it since. I'M ADDICTED! Update Twitter and FaceBook at the same time... Why didn't I know about this sooner? I love it!
Yes, Tweetdeck is a great Twitter application. Tweetdeck and similar apps definitely make the Twitter experience more enjoyable as your followers grow.
I love Tweetdeck too. I finally learned how to set the settings so that it slows down the tweets that come in. Took me a while to figure out, but it as getting really annoying. Everytime I'd log on and read a post it would update and away that tweet went. Not no more!
My favorite day on Twitter today. Follow friday! Love getting to discover new virtual assistants.
