This was very interesting, but I'd like to see the results separated between B2B and B2C, having a survey for each one individually rather than lumping them together. Some businesses cater to both, but some strictly to one or the other. And I wonder if it makes a difference what you're selling...product-only versus service-only.

Interesting results and not surprising given the huge rise and explosion in social media marketing.

The sample size is a little small but I think the results still reflect the overall sentiment about businesses using social media.

I agree with Pam that it would be interesting to see the results broken down by B2B and B2C. They wouldn't necessarily need separate surveys (unless they wanted to ask different questions for each group) but they could do their analysis breaking out those groups' answers.
