Default Social Media Content - What should I say?!?
I love the idea of using social media to engage potential clients and other contacts in a virtual conversation. I want to be able to show them the value I can offer them without hard selling my services. What kinds of things would potential clients and other people find interesting.

At this point, I'm thinking:
  • software tips,
  • helpful smartphone apps,
  • reposted articles on running a small biz,
  • new software

What else do you think would be helpful to you and or to prospects?

Tiffany,

Your list is just fine. In fact, you have listed enough to last you in blogging for some time.

You can interview other VAs or experts and use this as a blog post.

You can write about your business and how you overcame an obstacle.

You can write about tips for running a virtual business.

But I would suggest that you simply think about everything you do as an opportunity to write a blog post...in other words, become 'blog minded'. Even if you are cooking, think about how you can relate to creating something else and write about it.

Think about your audience and who you want to reach. Target those people with articles you believe will interest them.

Janine

Thanks Janine, that really helps. It's hard to change my thinking to making what is just everyday normal for me into something to post
Thanks!
