Hello,

I'm still toying with my Facebook Fan/Business page name and I'm coming close to 100 fans/likers so I'll lose the privilege of being able to change the current name I have now.

I see some VAs use the name of their business for that page while other use both their personal name and their business name. Others use a title and a company name, such as Jane Smith, Social Media VA.

So I'm considering what is best for SEO as well.

Any ideas...what is your preference when you named your FB business page?

Hi Janine!!! I will use the company name. Unless most of your clients identify you by your name and not the company name.

I used my business name for a while and then I thought people might not know who I was so I started using a combination of both my name and business name.

I might go back to using that again. Thanks again! I appreciate your input.

This is no longer a problem with the new facebook fan page set up. You can show yourself as the admin and owner of the page. You can also set up a link from your personal page to your fan page where it says "employer"
