I've noticed quite a few conversations here lately surrounding social networking profiles at numerous sites such as LinkedIn, MySpace, Stumble, etc. and thought it might make sense to provide a thread where people can list their profiles and request new contacts.

For those of you who'd like to request joins and adds from other members, feel free to reply to this post with a link to any or all of your various profiles and a note about what kind of contacts you're looking for.

I just started my profiles in the last couple weeks. I have not yet figured the best way to utilize these sites, but I am working on it. I use LinkedIn only for business and plan to use Facebook & MySpace for business and personal. They are not yet all complete, but here they are:

Anytime I click on those facebook profile links it just logs me into my profile. Anyone else experience this?

Try clicking the link again after you're logged in? Or, try logging out completely, hit the CTRL key and the F5 key at the same time to clear your cache and then try clicking the link. (I'm not on Facebook so don't know for sure what the issue might be...)

It worked. Must have been the cache thing because I had dome all the other stuff already. Thanks!
