Is anyone else having this problem with Facebook? We just recently reached 25 likes and now have a custom url. Now:

go not to our page, but to Facebook's main sign up page?

When we log into our page everything is fine. But going from our own website (by clicking our "find us on Facebook" button) gives us Facebook's main page. All our links from our website to our FB page are the above url.

I was taken to your page (and added a LIKE too) with no problem. Not sure why this is doing this, but then again I am always signed in to Facebook. Maybe Kimberly can chime in as she is our resident FB expert.

Thank you for your Like & reply. I appreciate it. It is madding. I know it can't be anything we are doing because we are using the link that FB gives you that says "you can now tell people this is your page... etc." The only thing that we did not do was set a custom url for our personal FB page (because we do not use it), but you can't tell me that is causing this issue.

I have never heard of such an issue... it is crazy. Why would FB redirect from your own custom url to their main page.

And you are correct, when you are logged into FB everything is fine. But not all people will be logged in -- especially if they click our FB link from our website.

Hopefully someone or Kimberly can solve the problem. I have looked online for the answers & it seems others have a similar problem & tried to get help from FB but no luck.

I have "liked" your company FB page. I love it -- your page looks great! Did you have to use a special app to make your landing pages? I would love to try it but I am afraid of trying right now.

My understanding of Facebook is that you have to be logged in under a facebook account in order to view anything on Facebook. I believe it is part of their security and privacy policy.

Anyone who is logged into Facebook and has checked the "Keep Me Logged In" box will automatically go to your fan page from your link otherwise they will be required to login before they can view any FB pages.

Update: It is fixed! Apparently you can not have any restrictions on your settings. Which now makes sense.

Hi! Thanks for your help. We now have a new issue with FB. We were in our account, liking back other businesses/people who liked us and when we went back to like another person, it said account disabled. No warning or email.

We emailed FB and provided the ID documents that they request from their help center. Does FB get back to you in a timely manner? We can't get into any part of our FB account.
