Default Different clients same stuff??
I am trying to service mainly Real Estate agents in my business and I really like to take care of their marketing stuff including Social Media Marketing. BUT...how do make each client different in your approach??? You don't want to have the same strategy for all your clients especially for agents who are all competing against each other. I got the question from one client today and answered that every agent has a different personality which will be reflected in their marketing strategy but she does have a great point!! Anybody have ideas, please share.

Thanks

For the social media if one is a short sale specialist and another is a first time home buyer then it's going to be quite easy. As for the marketing, make sure it does reflect their personality. Some are classy and reserved, some are fun and bubbly. Make the marketing materials convey that and it will speak volumes.

Hi Genevieve! I think Serita said it best. You are the professional. Be creative and make each marketing platform reflect the individual personality. You will do great.

I agree! You will have to assess the clients and find out what the needs are. You are absolutely right, they are different and the strategies should be too. In my opinion, no 2 clients will have the EXACT same strategy, as my hope would be their businesses and personalities are different.

Each agent may be serving different types of neighborhoods, find out what type of properties they find to be their best sellers. You can have focus on that type of buyer in the soc. marketing or stress highlights of that type of neighborhood. Or, if they want more success with a different property ie: condos etc then the posts in soc. media places might target that type of buyer.

Thanks for all the great advice! The Agents in this region are so competitive and are so worried about each other, it's a little sad! My target market is Real Estate agents but is it smart to focus so much on one industry? I don't want to get in the middle of their fights! I got one client where I am managing her Twitter and Facebook, built a Fan page, got her going on LinkedIn, built her a website, etc. Now another agent is doing the exact same as we are so it got my client a little irritated!

Well, Genevieve, they say imitation is the best form of flattery. If you know how to customize facebook and twitter, I would suggest you have her hire you to do that. If she is completely branded then no one can copy it without looking like a bit of an idiot.

Hi

One thing that might help too is to emphasize how by being so familiar with the real estate industry, the value you add. Like by working with multiple agents that just makes you more qualified. Hope that makes sense.

Thanks!
