Help, dear folks out in virtual land!

I used to get into my clients' Facebook profiles and pages no problem but now the security check using photo ID is locking me out.

Anyone else experience this issue, and any ideas of how to get around this?

Not all my clients accounts were set up by me, but even still, if I haven't logged in for awhile, I get hit with this check.

You just need to have your clients add you as an Admin to their pages and then you can access them from your own account and don't need to log into their account at all.

If they want you to also manage their personal profile/account, then they'll need to set their login settings to be less strict and that MAY get you in. Also, once you get in, you can set it so that it will recognize your computer as one that's allowed to log into that account.

Hey Kimberly, thanks!

One question re. changing login settings and setting an account so it recognizes my computer...I can not find these settings for the life of me. I've scoured the Account Settings, Privacy Settings. Is there someplace I'm not looking?

Account Security only asks if I want to be notified if login occurs from a new device, and Security Question is only if I need help from Facebook, and confirms it is my account.

Ah, I see. Having my client UN-sign up for Account Security notification will stop the Photo ID Check from occurring, correct?

Have you client un-sign up for Account security notification will most likely solve the problem or alternatively have her account recognize your computer as one of the ones that logs into her account by giving it an actual name to recognize it.
