My husband and I are forming and operating an llc im the state of Michigan and we reside in the state of Indiana (no business will be done in Indiana). How will the Indiana state income taxes effect us? And what forms would we file? Also, we are not planning on opening the doors of this business until later in the year, and eventually plan on hiring employees. Should we wait to register for Michigan taxes when we are closer to opening? Thanks Kathy
