This includes maternity, parental, sickness and compassionate care benefits and started in January of this year I believe. Definitely look into it to see if you are eligible. It's a system my country should aspire to... Some of our individual states have some nice programs in place to help people get insurance, etc. but nothing I've seen even comes close to what your government does.
