HI there,
I bought this last week and can not open it. I have Windows XP on one computer and Windows 2010 on another. I can't seem to open on either. Any tips or pointers?

Hi Camilla, thank you for your purchase. Sorry to hear you're having difficulty opening the file. What are you using to try to open it? It's a zip file, so you'll need an unzipping software. Try 7-Zip, it's free - once you have the correct software installed it's as simple as right clicking and choosing 'extract files'.

Great thanks! Just opened it and working on my Welcome Letter. Great info so far! The only negative is that there are typos...sorry, they seem to jump out at me and it can take away from the professionalism, sometimes. Easy to fix though and I'm still glad I spent the money to move me forward in my business and professionalism. I love to proofread if you find you'd like help! Thanks and I'll keep you posted.
