I use a Seagate external hard drive. I will be signing up with Mozy this week. Several of my business partners recommended it. I've also heard Carbonite is good.

I use an Acronis external HD and really like the way it works. I previously tried Carbonite for online back-ups, but found it bogged my computer down too much. I have since upgraded my desktop, but haven't tried the service again. I'm comfortable enough with the removable HD without the monthly fee overhead of an online system.
Looking forward to seeing others' answers though, as I do wonder if I should be doing more online backups!
I have an external hard drive and Mozy. I chose Mozy through recommendations. Within the next few weeks so that is when I will really know how Mozy works, at least for what was not on my external. I feel you can never be too careful!
I have been using Mozy for a long while now, and love it. it is unobtrusive and fast. I had to use it once already and all my files were retrieved without a hitch.
I am going to get an external hard drive this year, though. You can never be to careful - especially with client files!
