From what I was told, Windows can still get a virus and, since MACs aren't accustomed to getting them, it won't recognize it as such and it can still be affected.
I haven't gotten anything yet because I just haven't had the time to do the research on it yet (thanks for reminding me), but it's definitely something I'm going to look into and remedy within the next month or so.

That's an EXCELLENT point. I'm just wondering whether I should even consider running Windows at all since they made Mac OSX more compatible with the Windows program. I mean, I should be able to open client's Windows files, right? I guess I'm trying to save on as many extra added expenses as possible! Is that what the majority of you Mac users with PC clients do - run windows as well? Do you have to use it often? I'm trying to get a feel if this is something that would be an absolute necessity for me. Any advice?
Also, thanks Olinda Services for the tip on the free anti-virus program. I'll have to check it out if decide to run Windows.
