Has anyone used or is familiar with the SEO tool for Firefox?

I downloaded and installed it today and it's pretty cool. When you turn it on and you do a search in Google or Yahoo, then it will return the results with all sort of little goodies attached such as page rank, cached data, alexa ranking, compete ranking, yahoo links. You have to turn on in the options which items you want to automatically return or which items you want it to do only on demand.

I highly recommend that you read the instructions for setting the options as it will give the tips and tricks for not getting banned from some sites for the amount of resources that this tool can use sometimes to get information. They also recommend turning it off when you are only casually browsing.

It's a cool tool for anyone who is doing any kind of online market analysis for themselves or a client.

Is anyone else using this? How has it been helpful for you?
