Hi I spend a great deal of time doing this. I send out articles frequently and then that brings links back to my site. I also try and do directory listings too. I cheat. I do this when we are watching movies together. I make sure it's set up so that I can copy and paste. Just have to make sure it's not a suspense movie where you need to really pay attention. Also, one of my goals this year is to get into more directories. I see more and more of them, but always when I'm working on billable hours. Trying to jot them down so I can go back to them and do. SEO and back-link building can certainly be tedious. My website is not up completely yet but I plan on spending at least a couple hours a week doing this. I had set up an affiliate marketing site a while back only to have it fail and do nothing because I slacked on this one area. I wont make that mistake again for my personal business.
