Results of my Realtor Poll - Virtual Assistant Forums

About a month ago I put together a really short (only 8 questions) survey that I sent to tons of Realtors. I've posted the responses that I received on one of my blogs located here. I'd love to know what other REVA's think of these results.

April - thanks for posting this! This is a very helpful list. I am a licensed agent and had to agree that many of those tasks are the ones most agents avoid

I was very impressed that you did this (created the poll) which prompted me to experiment by creating a poll in my own wordpress blog using the plug-in Polldaddy. So I thank you for starting this thread. I think it is a great way to find out what services people need.

As for your own results, I thought it was rather interesting that calling owners with feedback was the #1 task they'd like to get rid of because there are many online ways to inform owners of feedback, i.e., Point 2 offers feedback as does homefeedback.com . I would have thought that answering property questions to potential buyers would have been something they would like to get rid of. I often hear agents stating that.

Great job and great idea April! You got some interesting answers and some good insight on what agents are thinking they need. I especially like the question about the things they would pay to never have to do again. Sometimes you could ask an agent that question and then it takes them a moment to realize that they can actually delegate those very things to a Virtual Assistant.
