Can't Access Control Panel in Realtor.com anymore
I work on realtor.com listings for an agent and update photos, text and video as needed.
Sometime last week, I was unable to upload videos and kept timing out. This week, I can't even log into the resource screen and access the control panel.
I have restored all my explorer defaults, ran spybot, ran a virus scan, deleted old programs, cleared history, passwords and cookies...started and restarted over and over and still can't access realtor.com anymore.
When I finally get into the agent's site on realtor.com, and click on Control Panel, I get a page that states Internet Explorer cannot access this webpage. I run the diagnosis and there are no connection problems that it can detect.
I called realtor.com support and the program is web-based so there are no files to download to use this site. I must have some kind of corrupt file somewhere. I can access realtor.com from my laptop just fine so I know it is my desktop computer. I'd use the laptop for my realtor.com work but all the agent's photos go to foldershare on the desktop which would really foul things up if I had to transfer hundreds of photos to the laptop.
Realtor.com work is a big bulk of my work with this agent.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
I'm running XP and Explorer 7.
Thanks,
Jan
