Hi Ladies, I'm just getting started in the VA business and want to jump right in the real estate niche. I'm getting ready to take the certification from REVA Insitute but before I invest in the certification I just wanted to get a feel for what the market is like these days.

I am a certified real estate VA and I was one of the first to take the REVA course with the REVA Institute...I just want to say I loved it and I am sure you will too! It's interesting and I found all the courses were a direct hit on what I would need to work with real estate sales people.
My business has slowed down mostly due to my taking time off and not directly because of the real estate slow down. However, I have found that there are a lot of real estate sales taking place and the sales people want VA's with experience and/or knowledge in short-sales and bpo's.

Thanks Nancy. I am assuming the program is self study, how long does it take before you get your certification ? And then getting clients ... I would assume will depend on how well I market myself ? They must cover that in the program ?
It's all so new and very scary I just want to make sure I am making the right decisions, I don't want to jump in without knowing for sure that I can make a living at this.
