What information needed to introduce my VA services to brokers new to the concept of VA
Last week I approached a managing broker with a "welcome packet" I developed for the real estate market. He was familiar with VAs so was open to the idea of giving information to his top producers. Some of these producers have not worked with a REVA and may not understand HOW it works. My packet included:
Welcome letter from the owners
Services Listed by category i.e. listing agent, selling agent, customer relations, etc.
My Company Policies
How working with a VA benefits their business
I won't be able to meet with them, so they need to be interested enough to call me. Do I need to include anything else?
