Default Virtual tours, anyone?
Hi folks,

Does anyone here offer Virtual Tour photographing for their RE clients? What hardware and software have you found to be best? I'm doing research on it now, but you know how one company says it's the best, then another says the other one's technology is junk, etc.

Would like some real user data on this.

Thanks!

Hil

Really, no one does this for their RE clients? Hmmm, sounds like a good addition to a service, then.

I think the reason no one has said that they do this is because there are companies that specialize in this and I would think that a good realtor wouldn't want to trust such an important marketing tool to someone who does it as an "add-on" service.

Hi Makai,

I think if you are open to offering services to your local market of agents then being a photographer is a great service to offer! I mostly work virtually to out of state clients, but I would consider it most definitely.

There are two things to consider. One, do you want the capability of "stitching" photos together to create the panoramic views? Or would you rather use your great photography in a virtual slide show..?

The programs I recommend are VisualTour and Real Estate Shows

With Visual Tour, you can take shots that allow you to create the pan-shots of the property, and with RE Shows you can take the photos and put them together to create a 60 sec or 30 sec tour. RE Shows is much cheaper, but a highly recommended product, especially if you are doing it yourself, because you can brand the tours with your info.

Here is an example

There are some others, but these are the ones that I have worked with for years and recommend.

Hope this helps!
