Instead of sending out another round of flyers why don't you follow-up with those who have the information in hand. Give them a call and ask them to meet for coffee, lunch, etc. You could then have a one-on-one with them to find out where their needs lie and then tailor your message to that.
Business relationships are build on interaction and trust so that would be your next step. They may not understand how you could help them or why it would be a great idea to bring you aboard. You could also glean valuable information from those meets to help you hone your message and materials.
Your flyer should be your first step, making a connection should be your next.
