I don't know about the rest of you with a niche in Real Estate, but I have a hard time developing a monthly newsletter for my contacts with new content (or any content at all sometimes!)
I'd like to propose that we get together to put together a monthly newsletter to share among one another to send to our contacts regularly.
I'd love to help you out with it April. I still have alot of good information from when I was in the real estate industry, a big part of why I chose it for my niche. Send me a pm if you are interested.

I would love to help as well. I am having the same problem. When I think of something to write I always think that "everyone knows that" and then secound guess myself. I think putting everyones idea would be great! PM me when your ready.
