Sample letters for client's propects and clients

My client asked me to write a couple of different letters for her. I'm trying to find sample letters I can use for my Real estate agent (client) that she can use.
1. To include in a welcome package for new clients buy/sell
2. For introduction for prospects
3. Get back in touch for past prospects and client

Anybody know where I could find some resources on this topic?

Have you tried doing a search on Docstoc? They have some great templates there you might be able to work from.

The first thing I usually do is hit Google - I did a quick search and there looks to be (although I didn't open every link) a great deal of info out there. Try this.

I too always hit Google first then DocStock if nothing fruitful comes from Google.

When all else fails there are some talented copywriters on VAF, where you could look for a sub on this job.
