Default REVA-specialize REO properties
Hello all

I am a REVA specializing in the contract to close side of the real estate business and specifically the resale of bank owned properties. I have a couple of agents I am doing work for but would like to pick up a few more. Is anyone else working this side of the business and if so, what services are you offering and how are you getting your clients?

Thanks

I think social marketing and personal referral are 2 great ways to grow your business!

Best wishes!

I would go through all the local real estate websites and find specific agents who specialize in foreclosures. Set them up on a drip campaign and market your services to them. The problem with realtors is they get BOMBARDED by marketing emails. It would have to stand out. I'd also recomment going to large firms that hold weekly or monthly meetings and speaking for 5 minutes on how you can help them.
Good luck
