Is a REVA Appropriate for this assignment

Hello,

I have an opportunity to acquire a small website that provides pre-foreclosure information to investors in a specific geographic region. The information flow is all set up and has been running for the last 2 years.

This is a subscription service and currently there is only 4 people subscribing.

If I'm to take this over, I need to have someone who understand the marketing of pre-foreclosure information to investors and can manage the entire project - hiring and managing copywriters, advertising, Social Media (if appropriate), etc.

I'm just not sure if a REVA or if any VA is appropriate, but I honestly have no idea who to hire for this project.

Any ideas?

I would suggest that you investigate if your state requires a licensed agent (sometimes a REVA is licensed) to market pre-closure information to investors. Hiring and managing copywriters seems to be something that an experienced virtual assistant can handle...someone with HR and/or marketing experience perhaps.

Advertising, social media can typically be handled by an experienced VA.

There is no reason that more than one VA can handle this work as opposed to finding someone who can 'do it all'.

But I would check first into your state's requirements as to what a licensed agent is required to do. Some can't quote prices, while other states say it is fine not be licensed.

No license required by anyone. This is information that can be found at the courthouse by anyone and the processes is just a elegant and easy way to access it for investors.

I guess my biggest wish list on this one is someone who understands what would make investors take notice of this product, something that has not quite happened yet.
