I'm new to this forum and hope it's okay that I jump right in with a question for all you wonderful and experienced REVAs out there...
I have a new commercial real estate client asking for ideas how I could help with the following areas. I wondered what types of programs (free or costly) would you suggest be beneficial for VA collaboration on these:
1.
Ongoing Client Data Management --
I have used ACT! in the past but that may prove to be too cost prohibitive for him. I have heard a lot about Constant Contact, do any of you support Clients this way and do you prefer it? Are there other online options just as good out there?
2.
Tracking Marketing Results (tracking business generated via time/money invested in projects/activities vs. leads and referrals) --
Any suggestions on ways/programs that would best track and analyze this data?
3.
New Client/Prospect Research --
What are some of the best strategies you've gone about doing this for your Clients??
4.
Social Media Management --
What are some of the best processes you've learned to aide you in doing this the most efficiently?
I do hope it's appropriate to ask this group these questions, as I'm really interested in seeing what you all use/do to support your clients in these areas. Perhaps I can learn about something new and really great that I hadn't even thought of...
