Default Program for real estate
When I was a licensed assistant in Florida the first daily task I performed each morning was to pull expired listings for my agents. If this is something you do for alot of agents in your area there is a program that you can purchase that will automaticly pull them for you. It's called Landvoice. I'm sure at least some of you are familiar with it, but for anyone new to being a real estate assistant and receiving alot of requests for it, this could be a real time saver for you. The website is:
www.landvoice.com
Hope that helps someone out there

Glad I was able to help you out Marian. It just occured to me last night that if I were still an agent and were hiring a REVA I would definately want this done for me and in my email by 8am.

This is very helpful information, my client hasn't asked for this yet, but this gives me the leg up to start pulling those in advance to add extra help to their business and what they do.

Trust me when I say this service is invaluable. Combing through expired listings and fsbo's is sooooooo time consuming and a serious productivity blocker for agents. If they will let you do this for them, do it. They will totally love you for it.

Thank you for the link, what a great resource. I am working on building my business and since coming to this forum have really thought about contacting real estate agencies offering my services, I guess that avenue never really ocurred to me before.

Offering to pull the fsbo's and expired listings and have them waiting is a huge time saver for any agent. In some areas there will be hundreds at the end and beginning of a month, so having that done and ready for them is a great selling point.

Thank you for sharing that link! I am new to the business and to this site but I already have a few realtors as clients so I'm sure they'll love this! Thanks again.
