I am not sure if the mortgage banking arena necessarily falls into the "niche" of real estate. In my 20+ years, I have done all things mortgage, except underwriting.
Is there enough interest in brainstorming this area to start a new "niche".

My background is working in the mortgage brokerage business and this is one of my target markets for clients. But my niche is about clients who need a full spectrum of support, from data base management, social media marketing, and web page design, and everything in between. So mortgage brokers, motivational speakers, authors, and coaches are all my target markets.
I would be interested in what you have in mind for developing a niche.
