REVA's provide a very valuable service, but what they can do is governed state to state in the US. Here in Ontario the real estate industry is very different and there are top notch VA's who service it - though a realtor long time ago in the UK, it's not a service I offer.

I might suggest that when a US REVA constantly posts twitters and "what am I doing" to LinkedIn they refrain from hitting LinkedIn groups outside the jurisdictions & countries where they can be of help. Such constant postings just scream "desperate" and turn people off, even if they have useful contacts in the US.

The LinkedIn groups I belong to are in my current city, which is so old school and traditional it takes a long time, in person to get them to trust you enough to work with you. Blasting and pushing them just makes them run away forever - unfortunately that is reality.

Something I had to get off my chest and just my two pennyworth.

Thanks for the great advice. It's a fine line between getting yourself noticed and being a pest.
