Very helpful link. These can also be done in MS Publisher if you have Office Suites. If not, it would be a good investment. A brochure is more likely to not be discarded and gives you a chance to show what you can do.
Another suggestion. Stop in at open houses on the weekend. Open houses tend to not be busy and Realtors have time to talk one on one.

I like the Open Houses idea, Mary. I will make a note of that on my goal list.

Mary,

What a great idea about attending the open houses! I am adding that to my list of marketing strategies.

Thanks,
Lynn

I have been using Avery tri-fold brochures to mail out to potential clients looking for something in hand more recently. Here is the link for those of you that were looking for a brochure sample. That is for the design and print online which will allow you to choose from various templates to match the Avery brochure paper you purchase. Using that, I was able to design a great brochure with a beautiful glossy finish. It looked like I had taken it to the printer to be done.
