I am REALLY excited right now.

Yesterday I received a hit from a Craigs List ad I posted nearly 2 weeks ago for agents needing a REVA. I finally received an inquiry about my services, and 15 minutes on the phone, she's ready to sign a $1,000 per month retainer AND pay me $XXX per file at COE.

Then she told me one of the top producers in her office is interested as well.

Then I got a phone call from an old friend, now a RE agent who found my website on facebook. Looks like he might be using my services soon too.

Yesterday was a great day, and the first RE agent will be at my home office in about 30 minutes to sign my retainer agreement.

To all the new REVA's, be patient. It will come to you. If I sign up these 3 new clients, my practice will be at full capacity, since I have 3 other clients, unless I choose to expand.

Okay, I'm really done bragging now... off to work!

Yep, believe it or not, there are more real estate agents out there that need VAs than there are VAs to fill those positions. Actually, in my opinion EVERY agent needs a VA, some of them just haven't realized it yet.
