Default Job Posting Found...Hope it helps!
Not sure if position has been filled, but I found it on craigslist just now and figured you might be able to do something with this...I'd try, but I'm not ready to apply just yet without my site ready...good luck!

To call potential clients inviting to them my open houses and maintaining logs of all client interactions over email, phone or through my personal website. Can be located anywhere, but should be available for work during EST times. Well paying job for the right candidate.

Hi!

I hate to say this, but it is a scam. I posted for this same thing on Craigslist with the exact same add and it is some guy named Erik Lester that will email you back saying the position "has just been filled" but he has oh something so much better for you.....blah blah (insert MLM and pyramid scheme here).

It is frustrating, but I have found some real gems on Craigslist.

Best of Luck!

I recently posted on Craiglist. Did you find it to be productive? Did anyone respond to your ad?

I was also wondering if anyone has had any luck answer ads on craigslist, or are the majority of them a waste of time?

Good to know. Thanks for letting us know about that. I have not checked out Craigslist for jobs, but now I will make time to check it out.

I had a similar thought when I received a notification thru guru.com. It was for an adult website; writing product descriptions. If my daughter walked in on me... uh-oh. No go.

I have a love/hate relationship with Craigslist. For every legitimite job there are 1000000 scams. I have found two retainer clients through CL though. If you take the time, sift through (and you will learn to spot the scam ads a mile away) and send in proper material it can be a great place to find people.

This is good to know...I have found so many things on CL, I love it for finding things..jobs..I have not had such luck, but really just started looking into these types of positions. I think I'll use it more now to post information myself, at least for the VA business...easier to ignore incoming scams than trying to sort through what's real in the actual posts I think.

My experiences with Craigslist have been both good and bad. Lots of scams out there and I'm not sure it is worth the time to sort through all the junk. Glad to hear some people have found legit work

I would agree, you can't live with it or without, similar to posting listings for our agents, it has become a neccesity, but it is a pain at how long the posting stays on the top.

Hello everyone, I recently posted to craiglist and I found out that it was helpful. I did get a few calls that was scammer, but just recently a company contacted me and they were actually looking for a VA. We signed the contract last week and so far it seems to be working out well. I will continue posting on Craiglist. Just have to weed out the scammers. It's worth it.

Craigslist is a great resource for many things. I recently sold a truck on there and received 42 calls within an hour!!! Yikes!!! I couldn't believe it... my phone would not stop ringing.

With regards to jobs, I have applied for MANY but no one ever seems to get back to me... :-( and I have even placed an ad on there for my area. I believe you can only place an ad for one area, is that correct? I haven't received any calls from that ad either... :-( but I know it all takes time ... and I am doing everything I can to find clients :-)

LOL! What did they want you to do for them? I can't imagine! That's hilarious!

Well, I'm going to try it and see what comes from it...I always get some feedback by posting, good or bad, I get responses, so it's just a matter of sorting through the crap to find the gold I suppose.

I will keep you updated on how it goes...giving it a try today!
