Just wondering how busy everyone is this spring. I was crazy busy in 2010 with lots of home sales due to the tax credit, but things have been taking a while to warm up this year.
I've been a real estate VA for many years and, for me, it was slower than normal in Feb/March. That said, the past 2 weeks have skyrocketed. Guess it just took a little while this year to "warm up". :-)
The very beginning of the year started out a little slow, but it is slowly picking up again this spring. I had a few agents that had no inventory over the holidays so things dropped off. But now their listing volumes are increasing and the potential client inquiries are picking up. It is a good sign.
Things slowed down for me at the beginning of the year, but started picking up again in March. I'm slow again this month, but still have several prospects I'm talking with. It's rather up and down. lol.
This is the time of year that things are really busy for my clients.. it won't slow down till after summer is over.. I have some Canadian clients too and they are even busier with their great economy up there.
How is business this spring?
