Hi Nicole, when I first started out as a VA I got my REPA certification as well. It didn't really do anything for me because of my geographic location at the time.
Don't forget to add your REPA cert logo to your website
In addition to having a website to "attract" clients, you also need to probably go out and "find" them since some of your abilities could most definitely help local RE pros in addition to virtual ones. I would suggest having a customer information packet that incorporates all the information a prospective client would need to know about you before they partner with you.
This packet can include a welcome letter, your profile, listing of services, fee schedule, client questionnaire, testimonials, etc.
As Candy points out, make the letter NOT about you, but how you could help them with their business and solve their problems.
