Default Do you use marketing companies for your REVA clients?
Hi Everyone,

Do you create the marketing materials for your clients or do you use existing companies that provide post cards, etc. for the real estate industry? If you use an existing company, please share the names of those you like best.

Thanks!!

I work closely with a designer to create custom marketing materials for my clients. If my client loves a company that they are already established with, we will work with them on their behalf.

If I need something quick, I use expresscopy.com

As far as my clients go most of them use a company called One Step Services (http://www.onestepservices.com/), and then I do the same thing as April in regards to working with the designer from that company. Also, most of my clients have custom websites so I will creat templates for marketing based off of the design of their website. And most of the time if you contact the company that created your clients website they will creat templates for you. Hope that helps

When it comes to marketing companies it depends on the clients needs. I am a graphic designer so I create a lot of the matrial myself utilizing any branding they came to me with, i.e. company logos, pre-built websites, etc. and go from there. I use local printers if need be as well as Campainger.com for email blasts.

Make friends with a local printer in your area if you need info on things like that, most have an in-house graphics person.

Education is the key, never stop learning.
