Do you have any experience with Property Ware?

I have a potential client that uses Property Ware software to manage his properties. He needs someone to set it up and enter all of the data in. I would be interested in speaking with anyone who has experience with this software to learn a little more about it.

This may lead to a subcontract job.

I have not used that software, but would love to get my hands on it. I have a client that at one time I handled all her rental properties until she sold them, thankfully she kept me on.

Thank you for the responses. Based on the research that I have done on the software it is actually made by a company by the same name. I have not been able to find a lot of people that use the software.
