I just got a new client and I need to find a contact management online software program for us to use. He has already checked out TopProducer and he needs it to a little more.
What I will be doing for him is researching and tracking vacant properties. The CM software needs to allow me to put in the basics, the vacant property that would stay put, and then allow me to track additional phone numbers and properties that may be the actual place of residence of the owner. I need to be able to track phone calls and letters sent, etc.
A number of my clients use Zoho - there's a free version and it's got Project Management tools, CRM and lots more. Would love to hear what you find in your search.
I have been researching crm. I was trying vtiger but i like zoho and have found others that seem to be better. I would love more feed back on a great crm.
Check into using Wise Agent. I'm not a huge fan of it, but it will track everything that your client is looking for.
Top Producer 8i will also do those things as well, and is pretty customizable. It might be worth going back and taking a more in-depth look at all of their options.

Thanks to everyone for their input. We have settled on AllClients which is working out pretty well so far. The client seems to be happy and it's fairly easy to use which makes me happy.
