I'm not a Real state Virtual Assistant but I think that's a great resource for those who are. I am more marketing/PR.

Another book to add to my list. I am a signing agent and this will be a great tool for my business.

Is this book only available as an ebook or can you purchase a hard copy? Cannot seem to get this info.
Thank you,

Hi Tina,

I believe it's only available in e-book format. You can find out more at http://www.kimhughes.com/ebook.php.

My update on this e-book:

I am an experienced REVA, and I refer to this book whenever I need to push an agent to give me more work to do. I've made lists of the topics in her e-book and I send them over to my clients so that they can "pick one" lol.

I really appreciated the Transaction Coordination section, and have since decided to outsource that part of my business.

If you're thinking of purchasing this book, I know the price seems steep for an e-book, but the content is great for a REVA.

Thanks for the reviews! So does anyone know if the ebook is sent by Kim's company manually, or should it have been an automatic download? I paid already, but just haven't seen anything else come thru except the receipt. I clicked the "return to merchant" link after payment, but her landing page isn't working so I'm hoping that wasn't supposed to be where I download the book! lol I'm just curious - I'll contact them directly if I don't receive anything by the end of the day.
