Question ACT! for Real Estate 2008
Hi everyone,

Does anyone use ACT! for Real Estate? If so, what do you like or dislike about the software. Any word at all on the software?

I have not used ACT! My client uses Top Producer and its works okay but I think all Web Based Apps have their disadvantages.

Hi Dusty,

I don't have any clients that use Act for Real Estate either but I would definitely be interested in hearing about it from anyone who has.

I've explored many CRM systems for my real estate clients but keep heading back to Top Producer because it's sole purpose is real estate. As was mentioned, no system will be completely perfect (web-based or not), but by learning the ins and outs of TP, I've been able to customize it enough that it works well for my clients.

Cheers,
Pam

Thank you both for your response.

I did some searching and then I called Sage to see if they offered a free 30 day trial, and they do.

I noticed when I was searching that most Realtors use a software they are more comfortable with using. Although, many Realtors are using Top Producer or have used TP in the past.

Again, thanks!
